The mission of the Bayside at Sandestin Condominium is to support and enhance the value of each owner's unit by maintaining the property safely and efficiently; to conduct the affairs of the association in a transparent and efficient manner in order to elicit confidence in the board and staff; to provide amenities and services that will delight owners and guests in their use of the facilities; and to maintain sufficient financial reserves so that the valuation of units for current and future owners is not at risk.

On behalf of the board of Directors, welcome to our community! Bayside at Sandestin is a 175 unit condominium property located within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The views are spectacular with the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay to the north and the resort's golf courses to the south. Of course the most beautiful sunsets happen at Bayside!

Apart from the ability to maneuver easily through a very simplified menu system, you will be able to link and download important documents (i.e. insurance, proxy and info forms, etc.), view a calendar of events, announcements, etc., and pay online (offered by 2nd quarter 2018)  by credit card, bank draft, or e-check very easily.
